New Delhi: Software association Nasscom on Jan 7 declared a capacity building alliance with Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI), Netherlands, for its Export Development Program. This programme is currently accessible exclusively for Nasscom member companies specifically in the small and medium segments that are looking to work with European nations. At present, Nasscom and CBI are calling applications for consultants, for a train the trainer program, which is being planned as a precursor to the Export Development Program. Once the applicants meet the privilege requirements, they will undergo an intensive training module which will certify them as CBI Nasscom trainers, and they can in turn consult with Indian SME companies to help them become EU export-ready.
