Standard Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended to the members the declaration of Dividend @ 15% on 6,43,28,941 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each of the Company for the 18 months Accounting Period ended September 30, 2007 (Previous six months period @ 6.25%).
