With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 07, 2008 regarding the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on October 31, 2008 to consider issue of bonus shares, Dhanprayog Investments Company Ltd has now informed that the Company has since received consent letters from all its shareholders for preponing and holding the said meeting on October 13, 2008.
Accordingly the subject meeting will be held on October 13, 2008.
