Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has informed that Shri. Inder Pal Singh has been appointed as Company Secretary / BHEL w.e.f. September 30, 2008 (afternoon) vice Shri. N K Sinha who has since been relieved from the services of BHEL to join ONGC.
In pursuance of Resolution passed by the Board of Directors in its 323rd meeting held on January 31, 2001, Company Secretary/BHEL shall act as a compliance officer of the Company. As such, Shri. Inder Pal Singh, Company Secretary will be compliance officer of BHEL.
