Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2008, inter alia, has appointed Mr. David Carter as Alternate Director to Mr. Paul Roger Adams under Section 313 of the Companies Act, 1956.
Further the Company has informed that, Prof. P N Thirunarayana has ceased to be a director on the Board with effect from October 23, 2008.
