Ramco Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2008, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Half Year ended September 30, 2008.
Further the Company has informed that, at the aforesaid Meeting, the Board of Directors will consider the proposal to pay interim Dividend for the Current Financial year 2008-09.
