Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company allotted 39,877 equity shares through circular resolution on October 23, 2008, approved on October 24, 2008 under stock option plans of the Company.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 673,614,078 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,347,228,156.00 to 673,653,955 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,347,307,910.00.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 673,614,078 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,347,228,156.00 to 673,653,955 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,347,307,910.00.
