Supertex Industries Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on November 08, 2008 for the purpose of Companys reduction and consolidation of the existing paid-up share capital pursuant to the Order from the Honble Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR).
