Speciality Papers Ltd has informed that the Company has sought the permission of ROC, Ministry of Company Affairs, Gujarat, for extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting as currently the Process of Amalgamation of Reliable Paper (India) Ltd., Opel Paper Mill Ltd and Prime Hygiene Papers Pvt Ltd, with the company is progressing with the respective Honorable High Courts of Gujarat and Maharashtra.
