Aarti Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on October 24, 2008, inter alia, have accorded their approval to increase the number of directors of the Company from Twelve to Twenty and consequential amendments in Articles of Association of the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
