Unity Infraprojects Ltd has informed that the Company has received two orders aggregating to Rs 221.85 crores as follows:-
a) A contract received from Vamona Developers Pvt Ltd, Pune for civil construction work
for construction of Mall and Hotel, multiplex building at Viman Nagar, Pune for an estimated contract value of Rs 133.59 crores excluding VAT and Service Tax to be completed within 18 months.
b) A contract received from Kondapur Tower Pvt Ltd for construction of five towers with basement and podium at Kondapur, Hyderabad for an estimated amount of Rs 88.26 crores excluding VAT and Services tax to be completed within 18 months.
