OnMobile Global Ltd has informed that members of the Company will consider the Resolution under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and the SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999 and any amendments thereto, seeking the consent of the members for the adoption of a new stock option plan (Employees Stock Option Plan IV, 2008) for the grant of stock options.
