Steel Strips Infrastructures Ltd has informed that the members at the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Balance Sheet as at that date along with the Directors and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-election of Shri. R K Garg & Prof. (Dr) B B Tandon, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. S C Dewan & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on terms & conditions to be decided by the Board of Directors.
4. Re-appointment of Shri. Sanjay Garg as Executive Director of the Company from January 01, 2009 for three years.
