Orbit Corporation Commencement First Warrant - Oct 6, 2008

Orbit Corporation Ltd has informed that the Company had vide its Prospectus dated March 29, 2007, issued 91 Lacs warrants. The said warrants are due for conversion from the period commencing front the completion of 18 month from the date of allotment i.e. April 03, 2007, of the Equity Shares and Warrants fill end of 30 month (i.e. October 03, 2008 October 05, 2009). The first conversion of the warrant exercise period commences from October 03, 2008, and ends on January 02, 2009.
